My Canadian Pharmacy offers quick and anonymous delivery of goods to any address. Currently, we offer 2 shipping methods:
- EMS (express delivery, trackable). Choose this option if you prefer a faster service. Delivery usually takes 5-9 days. The maximum delivery term is 2 weeks;
- Standard Registered AirMail (not trackable). Delivery usually takes 14-21 days. The maximum delivery term is 30 days.
In both cases, goods are sent in discreet packages.
Keep in mind that we do not process orders on Sunday and Saturday. You will automatically get an email notification when your order is shipped.
Large orders (120 pills +) will be sent in 2 different shipments and may not arrive on the same day. Original and generic pills will be also shipped separately.
If the parcel is lost or arrives damaged or it’s incomplete, My Canadian Pharmacy will reship it for free. Contact our customer support to solve this issue (such cases are extremely rare).
It’s important that you provide us with the correct shipping address since any inaccuracies may result in non-delivery of the goods. Check the details of your order carefully before submitting it. We will not be able to offer you a refund if your order has not arrived due to a wrong delivery address you gave us.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of medication received, you can return it within 30 days and get a refund.
