Do you require a prescription?
We do require a prescription for all RX drugs. You can email your prescription to prescription@uabmhrc.com.
Do you sell both brand-name and generic drugs?
Yes, we sell both brand-name and generic drugs.
How can I pay for drugs?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks.
What shipping rates do you have?
This will depend on the delivery method you choose, your address, and the items you order. To find out your shipping fee, you need to select the products and proceed to checkout.
How do you send orders?
We send all drugs in discreet packages, so no one will learn what you have ordered.
What if the package is lost, damaged or not complete?
Contact our customer support team. We will either resend the goods at no cost or offer you a full refund.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we deliver drugs using 2 shipping options: EMS (5 – 9 days) and Regular Airmail Service (14 – 21 days). The packages sent by Regular Airmail Service cannot be tracked. Visit our Shipping page for more details.
What if I still haven’t received my order?
If you’ve chosen EMS shipping option, you can track the status of your order online. If you’ve chosen Regular Airmail Service, then it could take up to 30 days for your parcel to be delivered. If you do not receive your medication within this term, contact your nearest postal office. If they verify that they have not received the parcel, our pharmacy will reship your medication free of charge or offer a full refund.
Can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order if you’ve opted for EMS shipping option. To find out the status of your order, you can either contact our customer support group or check it online through our website.
